People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world. As technology reshapes daily life at a dizzying speed, many senior citizens find themselves left behind, struggling to keep pace with tools that younger generations take for granted.
This gap manifests itself in countless everyday scenes. For instance, an elderly man may stand helplessly before a restaurant that only accepts mobile payment, unable to scan the QR code. Similarly, when hospitals shift appointment booking online, or when a health code is required to enter public places, those unfamiliar with smartphones are effectively shut out. As a result, tasks that were once simple now become sources of anxiety and isolation.
In my view, no one should be excluded by the very technology meant to serve them. Therefore, families ought to patiently teach their parents digital skills, while service providers should retain user-friendly alternatives such as cash counters and manual registration. Only through such joint efforts can we bridge this gap and build a society that is inclusive of every generation.
People are now increasingly aware of… As technology reshapes daily life…, many senior citizens find themselves left behind 用顺接句把话题往下推,并把 the elderly 替换为 senior citizens 防重复——正是‘照抄首句再顺接’的落地。
This gap manifests itself in countless everyday scenes 起总句,再用 For instance… 和 Similarly, when… As a result, tasks that were once simple now become sources of anxiety and isolation
In my view, no one should be excluded… Therefore, families ought to…, while service providers should… Only through such joint efforts can we bridge this gap
People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world.
People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world.,又给后文的态度与对策留了落点。
People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world.,再补一句把话题接住、暗示自己的立场。
- 并列追加 Similarly, when + 情形一, or when + 情形二, + 那类人被 shut out。
- 结果收束 As a result, + 原本如何 + now become + 负面后果。
In my view, no one should be ___ by ___。
Therefore, A ought to ___, while B should ___。
- 升华收尾 Only through ___ can we + 动词 + 一个更大的目标。
People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world.
For instance / As a result / Therefore 标明逻辑,呼应 make comments, give explanations, or cite examples 的展开思路,读来一气贯通。
You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words,低于 150 或高于 200 都违规,须卡在区间内;且开头须是给定首句、正文清晰分三段。
- 改写首句丢分 反面示例(把首句改了写):Nowadays many people notice that old people have trouble using digital devices. People are now increasingly aware of the ‘digital gap’ or challenges the elderly face in a digital world.
- 口号无例证 反面示例(空喊):The digital gap is a serious problem and everyone should pay great attention to it because it is very important. For instance, an elderly man may fail to scan a QR code when a restaurant only accepts mobile payment.
- 逐字直译不地道 反面示例(逐字直译):Old people cannot follow the technology and are put outside by it. —— follow the technology、put outside The elderly struggle to keep pace with new technology and are shut out by it.
