Nowadays star chasing is prevalent among many teenagers. They take pop stars as their idols, imitating their way of talking, following their style of dressing9 and seeking every chance to meet them in person at great expenses.
The passage vividly presents a common scene: many teenagers today are obsessed with pop stars, copying how their idols talk and dress and spending heavily just to see them face to face. In my view, this phenomenon deserves a balanced judgement rather than blind praise or total denial.
Admittedly, taking an admirable star as one's idol can be positively motivating, since a hard-working singer may inspire young people to pursue their own dreams. However, when admiration turns into blind worship, the harm outweighs the benefit. Chasing stars at great expense drains teenagers' limited money and time, distracts them from their studies, and may even distort their values.
To address the issue, joint efforts are needed. Parents and schools should guide adolescents to build a rational view of idols, while the media ought to promote genuine role models instead of empty fame. For teenagers themselves, the key is to learn from a star's strengths without losing themselves. Only in this way can idol worship become a source of growth rather than regret.
首段用『The passage vividly presents a common scene』一句把材料现象浓缩改写(未照抄原句),紧接 『In my view, this phenomenon deserves a balanced judgement rather than blind praise or total denial』亮出辩证总立场,落实了第一段『复述现象+亮立场』的功能与『概括不照抄』方法。
本段用 『Admittedly…can be positively motivating』让步承认正面,再以 『However, when admiration turns into blind worship, the harm outweighs the benefit』转折,随后 『drains…, distracts…, and may even distort…』
本段以 『joint efforts are needed』总起,按 『Parents and schools…, while the media…』『For teenagers themselves…』分主体给建议,末句 『Only in this way can idol worship become a source of growth rather than regret』收束,完成 suggest measures to address the issue 并呼应主旨。
材料把现象讲得很具体—— star chasing is prevalent among many teenagers,青少年 take pop stars as their idols,还会 imitating their way of talking 并 seeking every chance to meet them in person at great expenses。
(In my view / I believe)即可,无需称呼语和署名。 这一点对应要求里的 write an essay related to the short passage given below——写的是 essay(论说文),不是私人信件。
- 过度的危害:耗财误学 问题出在『过度』:像 seeking every chance to meet them in person at great expenses 这样不惜代价,会耗费青少年有限的金钱和时间、分散学业精力,甚至扭曲价值观。
先概括材料:许多青少年沉迷偶像,模仿其言谈穿着,甚至 seeking every chance to meet them in person at great expenses;再表态:这一现象应辩证看待,而非盲目吹捧或全盘否定。
The passage vividly presents a common scene: many teenagers today ___(用一句话概括现象的核心动作).
In my view, this phenomenon deserves ___ rather than blind praise or total denial.(填你对现象的总判断)
Admittedly, ___ can be positively motivating, since ___(填正面理由).
However, when ___ turns into blind worship, the harm outweighs the benefit.
It drains ___, distracts them from ___, and may even ___(并列铺开多重危害).
To address the issue, joint efforts are needed.
Only in this way can ___ become a source of growth rather than regret.
- 内容切题 双任务都要落段 本题要求 comment on the phenomenon described in the passage and suggest measures to address the issue 两件事:第二段承载评价、第三段承载对策,缺一即失分。
You should write at least 150 words but no more than 200 words,是有上限的区间,超 200 或不足 150 都扣分。
修正:必须补出对策段,例如『Parents and schools should guide adolescents to build a rational view of idols.』
- 整句搬材料 反面:开头直接抄『They take pop stars as their idols, imitating their way of talking, following their style of dressing…』 修正:改写成一句概括——『Many teenagers today are obsessed with pop stars, copying how their idols talk and dress.』
- 全盘否定追星 反面:『Star chasing is completely wrong and harmful, and all fans are foolish.』 修正:先让步——『Admittedly, taking an admirable star as one's idol can be positively motivating』,再转折批评过度,态度才辩证。
