动笔前先钉死本题的核心写作任务与读者语域 ，再定中心立意与要展开的要点 —— 这些是本题特有的内容判断，不是通用套路。
写邮件介绍并邀请参加美食节
要求给出两个并列任务动词：一是 introduce the food festival，二是 invite them to participate；载体明确是 Write an e-mail to the international students in your university。所以本题钉死为：写一封邮件，既把校园美食节介绍清楚，又明确发出邀请——两件事缺一不可。

按写作家族给出现成的段落框架（每段承担什么功能），并为每段配可直接套用的 功能句架（留出填本题内容的空位）。段序与上方参考范文一一对应。
- 第 1 段 称呼收件人 顶格写给全体留学生的称呼（Dear international students,），点明这封邮件是写给谁的。
- 第 2 段 介绍美食节 先一句表明身份和写信目的，再交代美食节的时间、地点、内容特色，完成 introduce the food festival。
- 第 3 段 发出邀请 明确邀请留学生参加、说明参加的意义，并加一句期待收尾，完成 invite them to participate。
- 第 4 段 落款署名 写结束敬语并按要求署名 Li Ming。
收件对象是 the international students in your university，所以称呼写"Dear international students,"。
